Our engineers worked with customer-supplied CAD drawings to design the tooling and dies to fabricate these restrictors rapidly and with optimal material usage, minimizing waste and keeping costs low. These parts, with an outer diameter of 0.625″ and measuring only .015″ thick, were manufactured in our modern facility on equipment able to keep tolerances to a very tight ±.0005″, which is verified by dimensional inspections at every step of the process.
