Knight Manufacturing Co., Inc. precision CNC turning capabilities can be applied to the wide range of metals and plastic polymers used in everything from forgings and castings, in industries from aerospace to construction. We typically work to +/- .0002″ tolerances but when required, we readily meet tighter tolerances by leveraging our grinding capabilities.
Because we are a specialty production shop, we can produce a single unit or several thousand pieces. We can build tooling for outside shops such as jigs, fixtures, progressive dies. Knight has the expertise and experience required to design and build as well as the flexibility needed to provide just-in-time, ship to stock and Kanban services amongst others.
